Convert a Template to a Website

The project consists of using a word press template and turning into a website. The project will be monitored by myself and will require you to follow simple yet strict instructions to create what I require. All content will be provided along with instruction. There will be code needing to be written or changed to get what we want and this is where we require someone with experience or the knowledge to do so. In total there will be 5 pages to be created with numerous different layouts. We have all the necessary tools you require - hosting, domains, template, logins etc.. We can offer payment but it will be little and close to none. Below is an example I have put together using pictures put together in photoshop with pictures. Regards MCFP
