Design Brush-up for a Wordpress Site - repost

Project - We have a small business website with 6 pages - home page (with sliders), 3 content pages (icons + text), 1 google form for embedded contact page & 1 product listing page. It is built in wordpress Although the current site has all the contents (including most of the pics and page structure) it's design is rather basic. We need a freelancer to glam-up the design a bit. End goal of this project is to make the pages look better. We'd need the freelancer to come-up with creative redesigning ideas and implement those, along with some of our suggestions We expect the project to require strong css, html and wordpress skills along with good design sense. You are free to use any (free) template, theme and plug-in if that helps in achieving the final goal. We forsee no work on content and website structure. Timeline- -We'd try our best to award the project by Sunday (12th Jan) end of the day, EST -We need the final output by Tuesday (14th Jan) end of day, EST -We'd need 2 updates per day to ensure we are on track Payment- -We are looking for a bid of $ 30-40 (2-3 hours of work, tops, for someone with of css/ wordpress experience) -We're happy to make an escrow before you start the project Bidding- -Please mention "ScribeBuy" in your bid, so that we know that you have actually read through this -Please include examples of your previous works in your bid and an estimation of how much time would you need to complete this project -We'll share a link to the current website with a few shortlisted providers -If you have any question, please feel free to ask for clarifications
