I need a monetized form developed I can use in my Wordpress website. The user should be able to fill in their details and add in-line repeatable sections. (here is an example one I made with cognito forms [login to view URL]) After this payment must be made and the form data needs to be dynamically exported & emailed to a cvmachine email address in pdf format ready to be proofread and designed by a graphic designer. The idea is similar to [login to view URL] but with the added benifit of getting a professionally proofread & graphically designed cv. Bonus: The user should be able to preview and choose from a selection of templates & download the simple cv as a pdf document.
