Creative Photoshop Designer needed for website mockup....

Mockups needed for a website for a recruiting company. The logo for the company has been designed and it is red and yellow. The site will consist of the following tabs. The main project is already designed in Illustrator just need help finishing. Screen 2, 3 & 4 conceptually built be need creative colloboration to finish. Attached is a screen shot of screen 1. What I need done. 1. I need this glass buttons created in different colors. Button colors are given in eps.I would like the box to still contain the sparkle as glass does. I may or may not want the shelves. 2. Fuel pump image needs the size of the hose reduced to fit in box. 3. Boating image, background must come out but retain some of water to make it look more natural. 4. I need the words given below to be readable for the buttons.
