adwords partner

I need someone to help me get to the next level with Adwords. I am already a fairly experienced adwords user and I have a profitable series of campaigns. I am about to pay a great deal of money for some advanced courses in Adwords and I am willing to share those courses and my own experience with someone who will learn with me and support my efforts. I am ideally looking for a partner who will work with me on the digital side and end up making a great deal of money based on performance. If they have a previous track record with adwords and or marketing all to the better. But someone who has potential, can easily recognize patterns and trends and has a solid IT background may also work. Although I will consider anyone from anywhere my preference is to find someone in London or the UK who is young able and hungry to succeed.
