Affiliate WebStore using product data feeds and NO shopping cart !

This is an easy one! Create a store with independent product datafeeds upload option and NO SHOPPING CART ! I want to be an affiliate for other stores that provide me with product data feeds, because of this I DO NOT NEED A SHOPPING CART/SOLUTION. I have tried to create a store with store creator software that is out there i.e Shopify, Sellfire and so on but they don`t have the option to upload product data feeds from independent stores, they only have presets feeds from google, comission junction and so on. They also charge a monthly fee and I am not interested in that. I will use feeds from Tradedoubler so I can be an affiliate for products that I choose. I have a server cpanel ready, the store will be called Allbrands. You don`t need to create anything from scratch, just find template designs that I can choose from and make it product data feeds upload friendly :) This wont even take an hour !
