bugfix xt commerce 4 veyton

We are currently experiencing problems with our xt commerce Veyton online shop and need bugfixing. The problem appears in connection with the PayPal interface. Customers within the european community that provide a VAT ID are incorrectly charged VAT on the PayPal site (whereas the shop calculation is correct, in this case without VAT) - and customers from outside europe are routed back to the shop without payment beeing actually executed. All settings in our companies PayPal account are confirmed to be correct. A trial order from outside europe has been done and documented and showed same problem as with customer orders. Besides the PayPal plugin additional plugins created for order processing need to be reviewed. We would prefer to handle this project in german language.
