Here's an overview of what i'd like A navigation bar with, Home,Upload,Latest uploads,Photos,Videos,Forum,Search,VIP. main page 24 categories that are laid out in rows of 3 with a thumbnail for each category I'd like the photos in each category laid out in rows of four,20 thumbs per page. space for an ad bar at the top and bottom of each page Site free to use for all members but full size photos and all videos only available to vip max picture size 640x480 to non vip users can upload upto 10 pictures or clips at a time and add their own titles and descriptions to them registered users ability to comment on pics and clips and rate them clicking on the 640x480 picture takes you to the vip join page,if a vip clicks it they get the full size photo in a popup Watermark added to all uploads or the ability for me to easily add it Video section laid out the same as the photo categories but with link under each video for screens copyright,support,terms and billing links at the bottom of each page would like to use someone that will also be available for any future upgrades ect I can provide a link to a site that already has all of these features if required.
