Banner Exchange Website Design

I would like you to design a banner exchange site layout (coded in HTML too, of course). Design would include two pages: One "arrival" page, with the contents for a person who is "not logged in", and an internal page, such as the general statistics page, for a member who is logged in. The banner exchange is an arcade/media site exchange (will give the name and current location to the service provider).
