Hi, If you have that domain ready , Then need to point that domain to a folder on the main domain... this part need to be done by hosting provider, Rest I can do all and combine that new domain to same admin. Thanks in advance and happy to help you

Updating web server configuration for additional domains pointing to the same website will not take more than 1 hour depending on hosting (and requires access to web server). Adding additional website in Magento (keeping the same admin panel) that is based on existing website data, but with ability to change it in future should also take for about 1 hour (and requires access to admin panel). If you want to do any customizations on new website (i.e. design changes) it will require more time depending on amount of required customizations
