Hi I'm a Python/Django web application developer and work with an Angularjs/boostrap front end developer. My bid here is tentative and I prefer to discuss exact requirements first, however this is an example of what we normally offer. Firstly I spend time working with you to obtain a better idea of your need and requirements. I use this to make requirement documents and diagrams using a system called UML. This allows you to review my understanding of your needs. I will then build a backend server that works as an API server. We do this as it allow for future changes on User interfaces, such as adding in mobile apps, multiple web interfaces etc. The API server is fully documented for future use We then develop an Angular based front end. This is different from most web pages as it appears as a single page or interface to the user , much like installed software. The interface is also bootstrap compliant allowing for UI design changes.
