Build an Online Store on Magento

hi we are looking for a magento specialist for an ecommerce website design. 5000 products 7/8 top navigation categories 80 second level navigation some clear points. 1. if you do not read what we need I am not even going to respond to your emails and will reject it. 2. I have specific requirements of this project including ongoing seo so your quote needs to bid for that as well with examples of sites you are currently doing seo for. 3. payment will be done 1/4 on signing, 1/4 when the site work like categories, products etc are all loaded and we are testing. the final 2/4 will be paid when we take over the site. the project 1. it will be done on a porto template as we feel it fits in with the project 2. Stock synchronisation from provider's data feeds - we will be purchasing https://www.mag-manager.com. I would strongly suggest whoever bids for the project has worked on this before and send me examples 3.• we will also be looking at integrating mag manager with our ebay and amazon accounts and this will depend on the capability of the team doing the work 4. top navigation menus will need to be 3/4 column menus as second navigation is massive 5. 10 banners will be required for the home page and full explanation will be given. we will need the base file for it so they can be adapted at a later date to change wordings on it. 6. the navigation tree will be provided but it needs to be setup by your company [login to view URL] access to the images will be provided to upload images for the products but is to be done by you 8. based on the speed of the project checkout integration with sagepay or world pay will be required. 9, at least 6 hours (3 sessions of 2 hours) training of the back end both for the template and mag manager will need to be done before the site is handed over 10. ongoing seo quote (excluding ppc cost) on a monthly basis. this to include facebook/ twitter/ Instagram posts/images on a regular basis( open to negotiation) 11. the products name description etc will be provided with two pricing. the system will allow trade prices for individuals who are vetted and grouped by us. other people logging in will see retail pricing. 12. porto template allows multiple currencies and languages so we will be offering that functionality on our site. this is not an exhaustive list but a basic start thanks
