Build an Online Store - clothing sales channel

Create a website to be the same as the following page in functionality (pages, navigation, stock display and web shop functionality). (1) [login to view URL] I want the 'scroll' look and feel from a design perspective to be the same as this website. (2) [login to view URL] As a summary (a). I want a website designed that has the same functionality as (1) above; and (b). I want he design to include the scrolling and use of images as per the one in (2) above.
