Is it possible to hire a person who will work daily for content changes? No, so if we have CMS then anyone can update the content from the back-end. - You are saying you already have the site PSD. I need to show before comment but I guess you chooses a modern design type and I am sure we will get a ready theme in store. When we have theme we can customize it easily. Which will reduce our time and cost. - Re Payment, yes there is so many ready module, which just need to install only. By the way, I am not opposing for formal MVC or webform application. Whatever, we need to meet soon and need to check what is best suite for our requirement. I will wait for your response to move further.
