Main Functionality: Scheduling a Service Appointment on the calendar. No more calling to book a slot. Outline: Website/ App will have --> 3 different users accounts need to be created. 1) Company that holds set of service providers 2) Individual Service Provider 3) Customer. --> 1 and 2 account owners will have a calendar and they to maintain it. Their calendar will show open time slots. Customer can access service providers calendar and can book a slot. --> Once a customer books a slot, a notification is send to provider to confirm or cancel. Once confirmed, it will trigger a text to Customer about the confirmation. Cancellation will also follow the same path. --> Home page will have a search box to search by group or my service provider --> Once a user logs in, Home page will now show Search as well as recent/upcoming schedules of the user with an option to cancel the appointment. -- All Accounts page will have basic info of Name, Email and Mobile number. Once a account is created, text sent to mobile number and it need to be verified to book any slots.
