Hello,
This is only a small project, but due to my heavy workload I need this doing quickly and fast.
I have attached an image of what the site needs to look like.
The website is currently on a test server here:

Below are the things that need fixing:
---------------------------------------
REQUIREMENTS
Must comply with W3C 'A' standard for accessibility
See the following for requirements:
- Also see this online tool to test W3C conformance of web pages: [login to view URL]
e.g.
- Text must be marked up with the appropriate markup e.g.
only one H1 on the page, Use of P, H2, H3 etc correctly. Li - for menu lists.
All images must have alt tag, layout images to have a 'nul' alt tag, Images with descriptive html text next to them also require a 'nul' alt tag, to avoid repetition of text.
- No text may use a fixed pixel size, the css size must respond to users request to increase it, so only % or em may be used to size text.
- Must work in general browsers e.g. IE, Firefox,...
- Liquid layout (i.e. page width stretches to screen width, not fixed width).
- Menus (e.g. top menu, left menu) will be converted to php 'include' so our client can edit them once on our CMS. For this reason menu items should not require extra mark up, e.g. a standard 'Li' should have its markup in the css - without the need to place each 'li' in a separate div (because our cms will not allow the editor to create extra divs).
---------------------------------------------------
PROBLEMS TO FIX
- Front page top area (with big photo and text): Can't set width to 100% without the div being pushed right down the page.
Also, in Firefox: the border doesn't surround the area.
- The items marked 'Learn More': > In the css currently set to float right. Does it move virtically away from the preceding text (i.e. away from the item it relates to)?
- Top menu: Doesn't virtally align in Firefox
- Top 'Welcome' should not be H1. H1 is reserved for the main page title (i.e. about that page),
- Left and right col (on lower front page): Margin to match artwork, () Layout in Firefox
