Clean up Dreamweaver Files for Website

I don't believe that my website was programmed as cleanly as possible and would like to make the process of editing and revising simpler. Currently, when I open my website in Dreamweaver boxes and text are scattered everywhere, although they appear in the proper place on the page. I'd like someone to go through my website pages (there are less than 10) and clean up the layout. In addition, I'd like a new products page to be created. You can see my page at www.mscbuys.com.
