Clone of content site with modified content

Hello, I want to make a clone site of a content [login to view URL] content site has aprox 200-300 articles with diagrams ,photos etc. I need to make something better as a final [login to view URL] articles must rewriten and some new content must be added. In the end of each section an articulate presenter test will be added. The industry is forex. So you will have to make the design and add the content.I know how to handle wordpress and xsitepro sites. I have done some job with xsitepro, I have all the diagrams and photos but I dont have time to complete it my self.
