Coding to position text over video background

I have successfully implemented a looping video, as a table background, for my use in a site header. However, I cannot seem to get the text overlay to properly position. Half of it goes over the video background, as it should but the other half is outside the boundaries of the header. I have included a file showing the problem. All you need to do is open the [login to view URL] file to what i am referring too. I will need for you to let me know what you changed in order to make it work (for future use of the same code).
