Need to convert this image into responsive html. No need to be in Hebrew can be in English. Live and pure Html. No need to be responsive. Simple CSS on block select the background color changed to dark-blue same as the CTA button. Simple CSS & Simple Javascript. It supposed to be lightbox so centered will be great. The only image should be the image in the middle of these 3 blocks all the rest should be live html.

Hi, I am afraid I do not speak Hebrew so if you award me this task, I will have to use English. I have a few questions so that I may better implement this lightbox: 1. From what I understand, you wish to use Bootstrap for the CSS? 2. There appear to be tabs at the bottom (blue and grey) which I do not understand. Do I need to implement functionality for those? 3. Forgive me for this question because for English the words start from the left and end at the right, while in Hebrew it appears to start from the right and end at the left. Do you wish me to take this into account when developing this html?
