Optin templates are landing pages that have an email submit form. I need 5 very simple designs templates in html / css. These must be responsive (should work well on desktop and mobile screens), and each would contain a textbox and submit button. Here are two examples: > [login to view URL] > [login to view URL] (you may have to download it to see it) Designs must be: 1. Clean, with good color choices 2. As simple as possible, and easy, well-documented code 3.
