We need a user manual for a web application arranged into a website hosted on IIS 8.5. The user manual was produced as MS-DOC, but it has been converted into HTML using Adobe Robohelp. Therefore, both DOC and raw HTML are available to start from.
The manual is divided into 28 Sections, each section should be viewable separately, but it would be preferable to keep all sections in one file plus one folder for images.
The user manual needs to use HTML5+CSS3 (no old browsers). It is ok to use a CSS3 template if you have a good one. The main browser is Chrome. The structure of the manual is: Table of Contents (ToC, menu) and 28 sections, accessible individually or via next and previous. Return to ToC via Up button. There must be an entry point into the manual and a return to the main website (a button).
As mentioned, the user manual must be hosted on IIS and thus can be either ASPX or HTML, whichever works better.
The short-listed freelancers will receive the HTML or DOC before they finalise their quotation.
