Changing the launch or startup on mobile phone

Good day, Background: Please excuse if I am not using the correct terminology, part of this process is so that the successful bidders can guide me in using the correct terminology. Which I will then use to improve these requirements. We bought a large number of mobile phones to re-sell. After receiving them we noticed that all the phones had a logo and chime when the phone booted up, i.e. before the operating system start-up. Technical details of the phone: It's with ' Spirit mobile' brand, and it's called V28 in our factory. It's called Spirit KeiGee U819. This V28 phone is not smart phone. Here is the IC chipset version we've used: QS504+SC6600I1-265G ## Deliverables Requirement to deliver: To enable us to use a technique or process to rebrand the phones. Please explain how it would be done, will we be able to do it or will we have to send the bidder all the phones to do it. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I dont know now, if this is important let me know.
