A standalone desktop software that gradually highlights text

What I am looking for is a tool that allows me to speed read online content (such as news articles and blogs) and offline content (such as Word and PDF documents). The tool should first clear the clutter of articles or documents that I am interested in reading (similar to how this functions: <[login to view URL]> ). After clearing the clutter, it should display only three lines of text at a time and gray out the rest of the article. I've attached a screenshot to demonstrate. I should be able to increase/decrease the speed at which the next 3 lines become visible. It should allow me to set a starting point anywhere within the article/document and I should be able to pause and re-start. If the article/document is longer than the viewable screen, the page should automatically scroll to keep the 3 lines that are being displayed in the viewable part of the screen. The tool should enable me to highlight text within the article/document. It should also enable me to display only the areas I've highlighted. Finally, the tool should offer me an optional full-screen view.
