I need to have a customize script or something that works with Outlook 2007 to do the following:
Overall, here is the problem, we send emails to lots of people everyday (just like you do). Some of the emails are sensitive in nature AND some of the contacts have similar names. SO, what I would like to happen is if an email is sent to <abc@[login to view URL]>, Outlook would prompt the user with a message saying something like "Are you sure you want to send this email to: abc@[login to view URL]" - this would ONLY happen for emails addressed to a certain group of people - the group could be in a text file or whatever would work.
The idea is to prevent sensitive information from going to the wrong contact.
There is probably only 5 email addresses out of 200 that we email that we would include in the list.
In Outlook rules, you can set up a custom script to fire off after an email is sent but I can't find anything to do what we want.
** I've read some similar needs on the web and some people just delay the email going out for 30 minutes using a rule, BUT that won't work because if we don't notice it to begin with, we probably won't notice it in 30 minutes.
Thanks in advance!
## Deliverables
For what its worth, we are using an Exchange server for email.
