Active Directory Discovery & Automation Tool

I am looking for an application to be developed to run mainly on Windows 7 to handle migrations from Windows XP to Windows 7. The application once run will firstly authenticate a valid application user, the authentication should be web based, and a system generated to create/suspend users is also required. It will then authenticate a corporate logon which has relvent pre-determined permissions for the corporate network (to view/action AD etc) Once run the application is required to auto detect the corporate network and connect to Active Directory. If an auto-detect is not available, a manual entry must be permitted. When connected the application should have a dual control panel, in the first panel the following functions should be made available: - Export Groups (Filters should be available to select different groups folders) - Export All active computers (Filters should be available to omit/include certain search options) In the second control panel the following functions should be available: - Import Group file (This will be manually generated, which will be a text file containing the old XP group, and the converted Windows 7 group). Based on the function that when you wish to migrate a device from XP. The tool will perform a lookup of the old groups, provision a new specified name along with the converted windows 7 groups. Eg, if the XP group was called “XP-SMS-Paint” and the new windows 7 group is “Win7-SMS-Paint” the text file will look like “XP-SMS-Paint,Win7-SMS-Paint” -Import Provision (This will be a pre-populated CSV file which will contain the old computer name and new computer name along with which OU the new computer should be placed) Eg, Old Device, New Device, New OU The tool will then create all of the new devices within the specified OU with the discovered groups. -Single Provision – As above but the option to manually add a single device rather than updating the CSV. -Report Only – This will take the data from the single provision or import provision options above, and just return the results. For example, the new device with the groups it will be receiving. Any errors should also be highlighted here, such as device name already exists. -
