Adding Fields To A Microsoft word Temp

INTRO: Before you start reading this please go to DEVELOPER TAB (word 2007-2013) and turn on DESIGN MODE. I made a script in php which has some data that needs to be entered in templates earlier created by the administrator of the database. My script needs to find those certain fields by its names and fill the �blanks� WHAT I NEED: I need to have 100 custom document property fields which will be named uniquely. Best way to do that is by using the INSERT>QUICK PARTS>DOCUMENT PROPERTY.. but the build in blocs are only showing some of the things that I need. Is there a way to have custom name document property field which can be used in template. If not is there a way throw fields (in quick parts) to be something like that that I can linked to the external script by using custom unique names?
