This application already has all the code written to it. But I think the county changed a parameter somewhere in the JSON code...so this might be just a bug find...and small rewrite.
A coder described it as:
"The program sends json query (lines 319-328 in [login to view URL]) that doesn't draw anything on the screen but it treats it as a success. This result is then treated as a picture and stored in a buffer. The "invalid parameter" you see is basically the program trying to convert this buffer into a picture and fails b/c it wasnt a picture in the first place.
county maps are at [login to view URL]
An example "TMS" number to input is "1361104008". When the mapping program finds this number, right click on the result and "zoom to".
Here is the error message I am getting
Parameter is not valid.
Parameter is not valid.

Parameter is not valid.
Failed! parcel = 13611-04-008
The program does the following:
a) at least 4 different scales of photos (i.e. zooming in and out on the property). These are available on the website: b) need to have the layer that shows the parcel outline on the satellite map
c) need the maps named in the following convention [[parcel #][login to view URL]][1], where I will supply the application with a list of parcel numbers, "-01", "-02",...etc is the number to distinguish the different scales)
d) maps available from: <[login to view URL]>
e) use the same GUI and application structure as I currently have.
f) If you are a qualified bidder, I will post the source code so you can look to see what it entails.
I need a fast turnaround on this
