Hi I have a Blank form in Honk Kong, which needs to be picked up and deliver back. I will send you a word file, based on your printer settings you need to adjust this word file (Up/down) and print on form. Output should properly typed form. Total 2 pages. but you need to print some 10-12 pages to ensure final version is correct.
