Display synchronised text with audio in Wordpress

I want to be able to display text that is synchronised with an audio file in Wordpress, like subtitles or karaoke. There is already a javascript library called [login to view URL] that allows this, but it needs to be adapted to Wordpress. The solution should include an interface for controlling the text, similar to the existing Popcorn Maker interface ([login to view URL]), for controlling the timing, appearance and duration of text. Ideally the solution should be delivered in a Wordpress plugin.
