Convert 2 attached pdfs to valid xhtml

I need 2 attached pdfs converted to valid xHTML. Not much css required ... only few inline styles. I will deliver all images so you don't need to extract them from pdf. You will need to draw arrows on images where they appear in pdf. xHTML must be tableless. I will explain, give example how it should look via IM. When done I need you to double check that content of HTML is matching PDF. ## Deliverables XHTML must pass w3c validation.
