Need a new centrality measure useful in any industrial engineering related network.

I need someone to provide a new centrality measure for my thesis/paper, It could be a modification over the previous one or a novel one. Whichever it is should not used before and should be accepted if I choose to publish a paper on it. The centrality measure should be useful on the network to Industrial Engineering, for example. Supply chain network, Transportation network, weather network etc.. I need someone who is expert in this field and Who is very good at graph theory. I would need from you the latest literature for that centrality measure, the equations leading to the final centrality measure and ofcoz the centrality metric itself. I myself am not very good at graph theory so I need a not so complicated measure to be able to learn it quick and be perfect with it. Don't bid too much as you don't need to write much and mostly your work would be just thinking and reading which wouldn't be hard if you are expert in this field.
