I am motivated and dedicated Bookkeeper I have experience working in a Bookkeeping firm for 5 years.I Will do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Set-up, Interegation, Bank Reconciliation, in different accounting software such as Quickbooks all versions, Xero Accounting, MYOB Accounting, Saasu, Drake and Wave Accounting also other software For Your Business.
I will perform the Bookkeeping duties such as:
AP/AR - enter bills, cut checks, enter deposits, code and categorize each transaction
Issue invoices, follow up on overdue accounts
Reconciling - (monthly) bank accounts,
Payroll - (done through ADP) and requires entry into the system
Run and review financial statements
assist with tax preparation, coordinating with tax preparer
Record financial transactions into Accounting sofwares
Administrative management (filing, scheduling, reporting)
Assist with the recordkeeping and financial management of your business
I have also experience in connecting remotely to a client's desktop via Teamviewer, GotoMyPc, LogeMeIn, Remote Desktop Connection, and viewing, uploading, exporting reports from/to DROPBOX, SHOEBOXED, Evernote, Podio, Google Drive, Slack, Buildium, PAYPAL, and ONLINE BANK STATEMENTS.
