Hi, I'm a start-up, new small business owner and just received my LLC and business EIN via Legal Zoom on June 23rd. I'm now working with Business Licenses - via Legal Zoom - to apply for my business federal and state business licenses. I've submitted Form 2553 to the IRS on Friday - to to be designated as a S-corporation (identified as a "disengaged entity - single member LLC - on my SS4 from Legal Zoom) so I'm waiting on their response. I'm the only owner, no dependents or employees. I have not made any money as I don't have the business running yet. I now need some tax advice regarding establishing my business tax , structure, banking, financial everything. I'm researching banks, angel investors, funding, grants, crowdfunding, etc., for help with a woman-owned, small business and startups. I'm also a veteran - U.S army. Definitely need some real guidance to help me establish my business in the right way and most effective. My business is focused on inspiring women all over the world. I already have my draft business plan/vision conceptualized but now need to make it formal. I have a business power tool that integrates everything I need - so need to understand this - before I move forward.. Thank you!
