Write a script for Adobe Illustrator

I want someone write me a script for Adobe Illustrator. Let me start by giving you some background: We are to print labels with a Mimaki printer. Each order will be different but basically it will consist of one symbol and one name (either one or two text rows). The names/text will of course be different from time to time, but there will be limited number of symbols. Let's say 30 different symbols. This label will then be printed x or y number of times. Now I need your help to automate this work as much as possible so that we do not need to create the first label and then copy it a number of times. My initial thought is to have a script that automatically copies the label we have created and set them up in the document in a predefined template (number of labels, how far in between etc). Since I don't know Adobe Illustrator I'm open to any ideas and solutions to this problem. However, I'm not open to getting offers from Freelancers that have not read the project description and asked any necessary questions before sending an offer. Any offer that are later revised because the freelancer has not read the requirements will be rejected.
