I am seeking a full-stack software engineer with knowledge of Java, Python, and PHP to build a streaming service that both companies and individuals can access to view our companies live and recorded data (ala Peloton), but via their televisions / devices. This project can be done in three ways: Red5 – Java expert is necessary AWS – AWS services – Knowledge about the 4 layers (Elemental MediaLive, AWS Elemental MediaStore, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon S3) Adobe – Expertise in it In addition, I would like a website with a payment system like Paypal built into it so we can automate billing or have a location where we could direct people to pay for service. So, knowledge of hosting is vital as well. Ideally, would like technology to be proprietary, but since speed is of the essence, we would like to understand how quickly non-proprietary site could be enabled, as well. What would cost be to complete of the entire project? When is the earliest you can start? When can you finish? Will you be available for upkeep after complete? Please send a portfolio of your work.
