Fix Couple of issues in an Android APP

Hi, the app can't read downloaded files in Android 10 because Google made a change in how app can access files present in internal/external storage. There is now a different programmatical way to access to those files. I have been developing Android apps for quite a while now and i have worked on many existing projects as well in order to implement new features, fix issues etc. Is your Android app written in Java or Kotlin?
