We would like to build an intuitive user interface on top of Moodle and combine with a workflow with multiple users and roles. We have already explored Moodle and it has all the functional capabilities. But it lacks is an intuitive simple user interface and a workflow based system on top of it to customize. The freelancer chosen should demonstrate that they have worked on Moodle extensively and building a UI front end along with workflow system for approvals and notifications.
