Arabic 2D Animation Needed for Online Store Introduction

We are a digital marketing company and we are looking for a talented 2D animation creator to make a 60-seconds company introductory animation for our client. The animation will be about an online shopping website that has the same concept as Amazon and eBay. It targets both vendors and consumers. The company is based in Oman, so the language should be in Arabic and the accent should be Omani. The characters should be wearing the Omani traditional clothing (Omani Dishdasha for men, Abaya & Hijab for women). We want the animation to be an explainer video that shows a problem in our community, where buyers can't shop online and sellers can't sell from everywhere in Oman. The online store comes in as a hero to solve the problem and offer one place for everyone to shop and sell. In the first scene, 2 males would be talking about the problem. Then the online store is introduced. After that, we would like to include both genders, different ages, shopping from the online store, and getting their packages delivered to their homes. The store is not yet live, we are still working on it but we will send you the link to the about page and give you more details about the store’s features. We have the script ready, we need the characters and animation as well as voice over (in Arabic).
