Graphic Animation and Web Designer

what I am looking for is an animated lead capture website that will ask a series of questions, to be delivered on screen by an animated cartoon bird that flies on screen with house shaped note cards that display the questions. The animated bird or Hawk would fly/swoop from the top right of the screen carrying a note card in the shape of a house, down to the center, where the house shaped notecard will display a question requiring user input. Once the user has made their selection or input their response, the bird will then fly off to the top left of the screen with the note card. The sequence will then repeat with another bird flying down from the top right to ask a different question on its note card until all questions have been responded to. I think both Desktop and Mobile would be ideal. We may want the mobile view to be slightly modified on the display by just displaying the notecard with question on it instead of having the notecard with the hawk above it holding it as it would display on the website. This is just to keep the screen from being cramped on the mobile display. But we are open to suggestions on this. I am looking for animation web designer. Please do not bid new freelacners in this position. Thanks.
