hi, my name is Ngoc, im a 3d artist specialized in character design and modeling/rigging/animating, im also a girl so i believe i will understand more how the characters should be. I have read the requirements also, and for me it will not be a big problems. To design a character, in high poly and low poly (need to create 2 versions), and add 6 facial expressions, texturing, rigging, it will take around 4-5 days. And cost around 350 usd for one character. I still dont know if you want to create the lower part of the body or only upper body? And the texture size is depend on me right?
