As for quality, GIFS are very limited and hard to balance with size, especially while transparent, but I have many ways of compressing them. I can do the first GIF before you accept my bid and if you'll like it - you can award the project.

Hello, just to verify are you coding the website or is this run through suqarespace, wordpress or another non-code based platform? if youare still in contact with the developer or are the developer, using .SVG with Lottie may be a great option to work with, if you are working on a non (minimal) code based site or do not have access to the code, I can definitely give you a few options on the transparent gif sizes so you can test quality vs load speed
