Tasks to do:
Monthly:
1. every month of 25th get social calendar ready for approval. This includes, all social media (facebook, twitter, IG, Pinterest), 1 post a day, using # keyword text. Prepare images for each social media, images will be provided or please download from free sites. Engage and respond to people, focus on growing followers, influencers. Posting in groups about products or offers. Look for influencers on all social media 1x a day.
2. Write blogs every week, should be ready by Thursday (UK time) for approval and once it is approved post it on the website. Image we use pinterest size, so it will be easy just to pin it there. Use keywords, text for SEO to grow
3. 2 press release a week
4. use email marketing (mailchimp), create/upload new sign up people, inform if unsubscribe happen
5. write/create emails , send them
6. back links and SEO (if you can potential but not a must)
Over the time/ add-hock
7. Later on, dealing with redit, craiglist.
8. over the time scale period (ongoing): Amazon, check listings, keywords, pullet points and description, update current email marketing
9. add hock work, website: (every week or month), can be images, extra writing or proof reading, dealing with the website (shopify), changes on the listings, images etc (this is at your own time) (only small things)

I can accommodate 2.5 hours a week for your task list and weekly manage the schedules that are required.
Social schedule, blog etc are ok but mailchimp if you want me to make the template then it is time consuming. If templates are already there and i jUst have to manage the mails then it can be done.
Whatever jobs can be done in 2.5 hours per week can be done. Else you would have to increase your budget to accommodate more time from my end. e.g if the article takes 2 hours to write or some edits are required then the week would go in that only.
