We are looking for a good contract writer to compose 300 - 500 word articles for our shopping comparison website. You will have to write on various food & shopping subjects such as: Industry News, Evergreen Content, How-to Articles, List Articles, Media Releases, Email Newsletters, & Social Media Posts initially targeted at the Australian market. You must be a good writer with great spellings, grammar and punctuation. Be knowledgeable in social media marketing, search engine marketing and basic html/cms techniques. You must be a Very good at writing in English, preferably an Australian expat with previous publishing history. Extensive publishing experience in either Food; Consumer Shopping; Grocery; Cooking or Fitness industries would be highly regarded. Following the content schedule provided we expect 10-20 unique high quality articles to be written each week. This is a home based online job and you may work your own hours providing you make yourself available for regular video conference calls with either the manager or editor when required. We are a multinational company that operates in the Travel, Accommodation and now Retail markets with over 100 domains within these industries. This is a contract position but the opportunity will be given to the right person for this to become a full time role and even grow/lead the content team. If you are interested, send us some details about yourself. A bio, resume and a sample article (min 350 words) on any subject of your choice would be great. The article must be 100% unique and original. (Articles submitted will not be used for any other purpose other than evaluation). URLs of any online published work.
