Hello Mr Caldwell In answer to your initial question in the project description, the fee for one single winery description and to include the transcript of a 10-minute interview would be US$250.00 I have to say that I am extremely interested in this project as I am very much an 'oenophile' and spend much of my time in France where you will know that vineyards abound. I was going to ask what the bios would be used for, but thank you for posting the JPEG of the book cover - it both answers that question and also is very eye-catching. Clearly I would anticipate you have a long list of questions you would like asked in the interviews, but I do have one comment to make, and that is that it is not always easy to get to speak directly to the owners of each vineyard - you say they are family run, but if the owner was unavailable, would a discussion with one of their (adult) children or a manager suffice. I am not sure where these vineyards are located, but would a Skype/telephone interview suffice. Would you also be requiring the owners to provide High Definition images to be included with the bio?
