Help me write something

I need you to write some articles. I am writing a book called 'Cultural Re-engineering- A blueprint for creating world-class organisations ' I want excellent writers in English language who have a knack for story telling. I would like to publish these articles in leading magazines and also on LinkedIn, etc. Some HR background is preferable, but not necessary. These stories will be based on actual happenings in the organisations. The writer should be able to interact with me on video call on a regular basis and convert those ideas, told orally, into nice stories. If someone can add more value by doing some web-based research or going through some suggested articles and books, it will be treated as higher quality work and paid accordingly. The most critical skill needed: Ability to write great stories in English
