A food supplements company producing among others a slimming product named 3 DAYS SLIM needs the services of a nutritionist to develop a 4:3 diet which works on similar principles to 2013's most popular diet - the 5:2 - which uses intermittent fasting. The program for the 3 days fasting should be approximately 400 to 500 calories for women and 500 to 600 calories for men per day, based on fruits and vegetables only. For the remaining 4 days options should be given for correct combinations of food (proteins with vegetables or carbohydrates and vegetables) and also suggestions for better and more steady results for the remaining 4 days such as avoiding refined carbohydrates, having only fruits in the mornings etc. The nutritionist name and photo will be used in the diet that will be promoted in Greece and Cyprus to start with.
