Create Glass Bottle Replica from BSG

I need a specific craft created. I want to recreate the glass whiskey bottles from the show Battlestar Galactica which look like this [login to view URL] I would pay someone to track down the bottle these are made from (Brillant Vodka) or create their own in the same six-sided shape and then do the engraving/etching of the symbol on it. I would like 3 of these if possible. If you are tracking down the bottles, I would pay for that materials cost plus the labor.
