hello sir , we will provide you web based page where we will show qr code and once u scan it will ur qr code scanner app from ur mobile , ur defined url will be opened in browser . we will provide you this in c# . we will not use any paid third party api . we did already this work many time times . lets talk more in chat . I'll create a new ASP.NET MVC project in Visual Studio 2019. The home page will include a link to the QR scanner page The QR scanner page will request permission to use the device's camera and allow the user to optionally change the camera used The QR scanner will use the video from the webcam, analyse the frames from the video and attempt to find and decode a QR code Analysis of the video frames from the webcam will occur in the browser and no interaction with the server will be required. The video from the camera will be shown on the page while searching for a QR code so the user may frame the QR code correctly. Additionally, a green wire frame will be put over the video to encourage the user to frame the QR code correctly. When a QR code is found and decoded, if a URL is found in the data, the URL will be opened in the same window and tab the scanner was running in. Additionally, a beep will play when QR code is decoded successfully.
