Work experience from south india gives me an experience in design of Kerala style houses with elements such as timber posts, mini Courtyard , mangalore tile roofs etc. A design brief and site plan will be taken from the client. Following this , plans and elevations will be developed. Payment stages are as follows: Stage 1: 20 % for plan Plans will be developed as per clients requirements, site area . After payment,final cad files of plan will be provided. Stage 2: 20% for elevation Elevation and sections will be developed considering clients preference for materials. Elevation and section drawings will be provided with all required dimensions and material specifications after payment. Stage 3: 40% for working drawings Working drawings will include good for construction masonry plans. Detail drawings for specific construction type will also be provided if required. Stage 4: 20% for plumbing and electrical drawing After full payment, plumbing and electrical drawing cad file will be provided
